It has been several years since I visited your facility in Brooklyn. Interesting and impressive. I regularly use the chisels I purchased on that trip. I recommend your tutorial on sharpening to Scouts when I am teaching wood working and helping them get the woodworking badge. My favorite and most used power tool is my band saw as I do as much hand tool work as possible. I use #2 through #6 hand planes and keeping them sharp makes them 'fun' to use.
